Refund policy

All items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. 

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us at supplies@twigaind.com with details of the product and the defect.

• Items must be in original packaging, not used and undamaged. Your item must have a receipt or proof of purchase.
• Customer is responsible for shipping costs incurred for returning items.  
• Once goods are inspected and approved, you will be notified and we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. Shipping costs are non refundable.

Twiga Industries reserves the right to refuse returns after 7 days.
