Thank you very much for taking the time to discuss and determine what seems to be a resolution of our ongoing issue with color change on our 4 head Tajima. We have spent a great deal of time in the past attempting to trouble shoot the problem and have replaced many expensive parts, none of which were necessary, in the hope of finding a solution. Nothing came close to resolving the problem. It seems a quick phone call and skype session has finally resolved the issue. I am looking forward to receiving the new switch, a very inexpensive part, and installing it to find out once and for all if this is the solution. Not only were you able to quickly identify the problem but as you had stated you were able to offer a very inexpensive solution.
